Placing an Order

An account is not necessary to place an order with us, but if you do create an account you will be able to track your order from our site. To place an order simply choose the item(s) you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Basket" button. When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout". You will now have the option to login, to create an account or to place the order without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, your shipping and billing information will be saved in our system for quicker checkout next time and you will be able to track your order by logging in and clicking on "Order Status".

To Place an Order Online:

• Browse our store until you find the item(s) you wish to purchase.

• Click on "Add to Basket" from the product that you would like to purchase.

• You will see the item added to your "Basket" on the top right hand of each page next to the basket icon.

• To change quantity or remove items from basket, click on "my basket". To change quantity, enter the desired amount and click the "update" button.

• Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button.

• Login, "Create New Account" or "Place Order without Account".

• Enter Contact Information, Shipping Address an Billing Address (if different) and then click "Continue"

• Select Shipping and Payment types then click "Continue"

• If you have a coupon or gift certificate code, enter it here then click "Continue"

• Verify your order and enter credit card information then press "Submit Order" to complete your order.

• Print the Invoice page for your records.

Payment Options

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). This information is verified as an extra security measure. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request. Upon authorization of your order, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount.

Coupons and gift certificates can be redeemed during the checkout process.

To help keep our costs down, we do not accept checks or purchase orders. If you would like to pay by money order, please contact us at customerservice@african-dawn-trading.com for information.

Gift Certificates can be purchased by clicking on the "gift certificates" category. After purchasing a gift certificate, the recipient will be notified via an e-mail message. They will then be able to shop for the perfect gift at their convenience! Gift certificate codes will be asked for at checkout, and funds may be applied toward shipping and applicable tax.

Account Help

We encourage our valued customer to create their own account by setting up a username and password. Having your own account will provide you with many benefits such as:

• Expediting your checkout process by storing shipping information on our secure server

• Special discount offers

• Our popular email newsletter updating you of new product arrivals and special events

Once you have created an account with you will be able to access your account information through the "your account" link. You can access My Account at any time and update your information. By keeping this information up-to-date, you'll be able to place faster orders.

This helps to make all repeat shopping trips easier by maintaining the customers billing, shipping and email information so it will not have to be re-entered. We will occasionally send our account members information on new products, services, special deals, and newsletters. You may choose not to receive this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on the unsubscribe page. If you choose not to receive any updates simply click on the un-subscribe link at the bottom of any email.

Backorders

From time to time an item in our store is out of stock. If you select an item that is out of stock you will receive a message indicating it will be backordered. You will also be given an estimated time to shipping. You will be given the option to either accept the delay or cancel your order.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Items shipped to locations in the state of Florida will be assessed a 6% sales tax. Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

Advanced Searches

Your keyword search will search all the product names, codes, descriptions and prices in our product database. You may search using product codes or prices as well as keywords.
