You are here: Home > Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns of any unused, unopened merchandise for any reason, no questions asked. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item in your order, return it to us postmarked within 30 days of receipt. We will refund your money (less our shipping costs) or give you store credit, whichever you prefer. Refunds on clearance or promotional items will vary; please contact us. Opened items in new condition may be returned for store credit only. If you intend to return any item after 30 days of receipt please contact us first for approval. Please package items in original cartons or comparable sturdy boxes with sufficient packaging material to insure they arrive in acceptable condition. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; we advise you send items insured for your protection. If returned items are damaged in transit you may receive only a partial refund or credit. Refund on Shipping Costs Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item is received damaged or defective. If an item is damaged, please e-mail or call us so that we may replace the item or have it returned to us at our cost. Original shipping costs associated with a returned item will be refunded as store credit. Store Credit/Exchange If you return an item for store credit, African Dawn Trading will issue a refund in the form of a store credit/gift certificate for the returned item plus original shipping costs and tax associated with that item. Money Back If you return an item for money back, African Dawn Trading will refund the money paid for the item plus any tax associated with the item. We will issue refunds either electronically or via check. We will refund original shipping charges only as store credit. Item to be returned (Product name or number) 3. Date item returned (mailed) to African Dawn Trading 4. Your choice of credit: 1. Store Credit/Gift Certificate 2. Refund 5.
