Shipment Processing

African Dawn Trading also offers expedited shipping choices available at checkout. We use the services of UPS and USPS for our shipping. During checkout, you will offered a comprehensive list of shipping choices.

African Dawn Trading typically processes all orders within 2 business days. Exceptions may occur for large orders or out-of-stock items. We will notify you in the event that your order cannot be filled within a reasonable timeframe.

Your order may also be delayed if your credit card information that cannot be verified. To prevent this, please make sure your name and billing address exactly matches the address on file with your credit card company. We take the highest measures possible to help prevent fraud, which helps us keep our costs down, and pass on those savings to our customers.

Transit Time

African Dawn Trading is located in Jupiter, FL, USA. Shipping times for ground and USPS shipments vary depending on the package destination. Ground shipments are estimated times only. If you required guaranteed delivery, please select UPS 3-day, and indicate during checkout the date which you require the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Other Information

African Dawn Trading cannot ship to post office boxes. If you mistakenly enter a PO Box shipping address, we will attempt to contact you for an alternate delivery address. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled.

You can preview the cost for expedited shipping options on any order by selecting the option on the Shipping and Payment Options page during checkout. The shipping charge displayed in the menu will reflect the cost for that particular service.

Please also note that for a few of our larger or heavier items require special handling and additional shipping charges will apply. Any additional charges will be indicated in the product description and extra charges will be calculated during the check-out process.

Delivery Time

When you place an order with African-Dawn-Trading.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the shipping options you choose. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.
